Generation credits
A confirmed technical failure releases reserved video credits. An uncertain provider submission remains under review until the outcome is known. Credits being returned does not mean a card payment was refunded.
Payment questions
For duplicate or incorrect charges, contact support@chipmunksdance.org with your order ID. We review the payment and credit use before deciding a refund. Do not send payment card details.
Quality questions
AI likeness and movement can vary. Send the task ID and a description of the issue within 7 days so we can review the saved result. This does not promise an automatic refund for every variation.
