Credits, subscriptions and refunds
The displayed price, currency, credits and period apply to that purchase. Monthly subscriptions grant credits each paid period; annual subscriptions grant the full year upfront. Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid period. Credit packs follow the expiry disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the original payment channel, normally at the end of the paid period. Generation costs are reserved atomically, settled on delivery and released on confirmed failure. An uncertain response remains under review and is not evidence of cancellation or refund. A confirmed payment refund proportionally recovers unused credits from its original batch and records already consumed differences. Contact support with the order ID for payment review.

You must hold rights and permissions for all inputs and review AI outputs before sharing. Likeness, movement, timing, accuracy, uniqueness and intellectual property clearance are not guaranteed. The service and providers can be interrupted or changed. Do not circumvent safety controls or interfere with other users. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
